If you want to return goods because you have changed your mind: At our discretion we will exchange goods or provide credit vouchers to the value of the original purchase providing the goods are returned within 30 days and in the original state they were sold to you. Goods returned which are not faulty may be exchanged at our discretion but not refunded. Returns procedure for goods which are not faulty: The cost of return and/or replacement of faulty or incorrectly supplied goods will be our responsibility.
